ALL ITEMS/DNA/ASHES FOR YOUR JEWELRY/KEEPSAKES MUST BE SENT WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER YOU PURCHASE YOUR JEWELRY/KEEPSAKE OR YOUR JEWELRY IS CONSIDERED NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If there is a problem, please reach out to us via email at pricelessmemoriesjewelry@gmail.com describing the issue. We would be happy to discuss different options moving forward. In this case, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
